The report is intended to support local health planning, decision-making and priority setting. Based on the most recent available data, the profile provides an overview of the area’s population in comparison with people living in the other Champlain Communities of Care. The profile presents indicators related to demographics, health status, health determinants and service use, derived from a variety of sources. A listing of Renfrew Counties’ health service providers is also provided.
